Your First Visit

Your Initial visit:
Depending on your condition please allow approximately 1 hour or more for your initial visit, which will include an in-depth consultation and examination with Dr. Radford and the staff.
We work with many primary care providers and specialists and we are happy to partner with your doctor and accept their referral.
Many patients come to see us with a low back problem, neck pain or a headache, and find we are very skilled in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal problems. The frequency of subsequent follow-up treatment visits will depend on your response to care during your treatment plan. Recovery from an accident or injury is most often a process, not an event.
We also offer functional medicine services for the prevention and management of chronic illness. The course of care you select is strictly up to you. We will make every effort to see that you receive the care you need and want. If you want functional medicine services you may find that diagnostic laboratory testing, biomarkers and even genetic testing are integral components of your personalized treatment plan.
Laboratory test results are often used to design your personal health care program, as well as uncover the root causes of your medical condition. We will review with you the procedures for obtaining the recommended testing.  We have out-patient access to X-ray and advanced diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI for our patient’s convenience at our outpatient medical center and all local hospitals.
Follow-up visits:
You will receive detailed laboratory test results and be guided through their interpretations at your first follow-up physician visit.  This physician visit will last between 15 and 30 minutes. The frequency of subsequent follow-up visits will depend entirely on your unique health conditions and treatment plan. Some patients will require physician follow up every few months, whereas others may need to be seen much less frequently. Follow-up visits with our physician will depend on individual patient needs and preferences.
